James Lee is shown dunking the ball at the end of the Kentucky vs Duke NCAA Championship game in 1978 that was the explanation point on that wonderous season. Lee was known as one of the best 6th man in the country that year. Team was known as five aces and a card named Lee! Lee was a homegrown talent from Lexington, Kentucky's own Henry Clay High School, he signed with Kentucky along side another homegrown talent, Jack "Goose" Givens.
Coming off that championship year, Lee was drafted in the second round of the 1978 NBA Draft (39th pick overall) by the Seattle Supersonics.
